The trainer has so good personalities that I easily came into the content of the training. Lots of labors is required for creating one thing in a team, but I cannot create a good thing only by my opinion. Viewpoints of other people are very important hints.

Since the explanation about the basic part was very understandable, I managed to catch up with the latter part. I did not know how to see a balancesheet until yesterday, but I have grown up so rapidly that I can think of "capital adequacy ratio" or "profit ratio",if it is simple, at the moment when a comparative sheet is handed out. I feel that I have more interested in other companies and watch economic news.

"Training for CS and treating the customers."
I enjoyed offering ideas and opinions in cooperation with the other people in my workplace since I did not have such an experience in my daily work. I hope that this training will have a favorable influence on the human relationship in my work. I also remembered several events where I treated the customers wrongly in the past, and I will keep the contents of today's training in my mind.

Since I had no chances to give a presentation in my work, I had a dread of making a presentation, but I learn I can make an understandable presentaion by planning and preparation. It is a very significant seminar.

"Risk Management Seminar"
I could confirm again what would be necessary in the event of a natural disaster. It is extremely difficult to itemize the specific things anybody undersntands such as 1.necessary goods, 2.procedures, and 3.achievement level and to prepare a manual, but I strongly feel that we have to do that.
