As well as operational efficiency and cost reduction, the importance of risk management is increasing.
The aim of this training is to learn a method to prevent the risk( = mistake) exists in the work, to improve the day-to-day operations as a leader.

1.Learn the teamwork skill and PDCA(Plan ? Do ? Check ? Action) cycle
If we try to improve organizational work the leader should learn teamwork skills and process of PDCA cycle. We will learn these skills through business game.

2. Learn the method to prevent human errors
The human make a mistake. Rather than blame the people, must work to improve procedure of the work. In this training we will learn the method to prevent human errors.

3. Consider how to prevent organizational mistakes
To list up to a concrete case of mistakes or problems is important. If we already know the case to meet with, we can smoothly deal with problems if we encounter any mistakes or troubles.
It is also useful to consider the frequency and importance of business in order to prioritize measures.
Once we understand the business problems, we should consider measures to prevent the risks.
We will learn how to continuously improve operations.
