What do you think of DX?
DX refers to "the use of IT and data for improvement and innovation", and we believe that the use of data is particularly important.
For Japan, which is facing issues such as low productivity and a declining population, DX is the key to solving its problems.
Since our founding, we have been practicing "standardization of data" and "standardization of operations", which are important for the success of DX. Data standardization means creating rules within the organization and keeping data according to the rules. Standardization of work means to set up procedures and decision criteria so that anyone can do it. For example, in document management, file names and storage locations are standardized, and the method of creating documents is also standardized to improve efficiency.
In addition, by standardizing a series of operations in training management and using a training management system developed in-house, we are able to offer 791,798 attendees 36,947 trainings per year(From April 2024 to March 2025).
Also, we are using AI to analyze the data accumulated from these achievements to further improve productivity.
We would like to promote DX in more organizations by utilizing the know-how that Insource has practiced and made us grow to this day.
