Although your main business is providing trainings, why do Insource have so many IT engineers?
①To Improve Productivity
Insource Group embraces diversity where female employees make up 56.8% of our workforce, and we have 57 seniors aged over 60(As of March 31, 2025). Without a system that allows women and seniors to work comfortably and increase their productivity, it is difficult to improve business performance; therefore, we have a large number of engineers because the system is produced in-house in order to increase productivity.
The reason for in-house production is that engineers who are familiar with the work of the Insource Group are in charge of development so that they can directly pick up the needs from the clients on a daily basis and continue to improve the system speedily.
②To Offer IT Services and e-Learning Promptly
LMS "Leaf" (HR Support System) was developed by119 IT engineers in our company(As of March 31, 2025). Making it in-house has enabled us to respond to clients' requests promptly. Also, "Leaf" is the platform for STUDIO (e-Learning) and the Stress Check Support Service, which has made it possible for us to increase the speed of product development thanks to producing it in-house.
