What are Insource's initiatives on SDGs?
Our business purpose itself is to be of help to solve social issues related to all workers, so we believe that our growth as a company will lead to the realization of a sustainable society. From a viewpoint of ESG, we will explain how the Insource Group has worked on the management.
“Social - Solving Social Issues”
Almost 36,947 trainings per year are being conducted(From April 2024 to March 2025), and the number of our training programs has reached 4,703(As of March 31, 2025). We have dealt with a wide variety of needs from our clients.
We have trainings targeted for women, the handicapped and the senior, too, which aim to achieve “Goal 4: QUALITY EDUCATION”, “Goal 5: GENDER EQUALITY” and “Goal 8: DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH”.
Besides career development education, we have launched "mon champ," a brand website featuring products from welfare organizations. Also, we have concluded a comprehensive agreement with Tokyo's Arakawa Ward to support the independence of single-parent families and the advancement of women in society.
In addition, as a supply service partner of the Japan Blind Football Association, we support the association by providing free Open Seminars and the sales support system "Plants", and by funding the diversity education program "Spo-iku".
“Governance - Corporate Governance”
We offer trainings on compliance, which is also offered through e-Learning.
Additionally, we disclose proactively such non-financial information as the number of On-Site Trainings conducted, the number of attendees at Open Seminars and the number of paid subscribers for Leaf on a monthly basis.
“Environment - Be Environmentally Conscious”
As a company that provides business improvement services, we are taking advantage of this expertise and are actively saving energy throughout the company to minimize our energy requirements.
We also recognize that reducing our environmental impact is an important issue in order to pass on a sustainable environment to the next generation. We have established an in-house CO2 Reduction Committee to formulate mid- to long-term targets and study countermeasures.
