Why do Insource develop the training content in-house rather than having trainers do it?
①To Provide the "Right" Training for the Right Company, Industry or Occupation at the Reasonable Price
If you rely on trainers for training content, they are unlikely to create training that is perfectly suited to a client, industry or sector. Even if they do, it will take a lot of time and the price of the training will be likely extremely high. In the Insource Group, 129 highly skilled and professional staff members(As of March 31, 2025)who can quickly develop training programs based on past training programs, allowing us to provide our client with the right training program at the reasonable price.
②To Meet the Shortened Delivery Time for Training
The time between the receipt of an order for training and its implementation is getting shorter every year. In order to customize and provide trainings in such a short period of time, trainers who give actual trainings during the day cannot spare time for development.
③To Conduct a Large Number of Trainings with the Same Content Simultaneously Across the Country
Since the training content does not belong to the trainer, it is possible to conduct the same trainings repeatedly on the same day.
④Stable Sales Can be Secured as Trainers Can Focus on Training
Since the trainer does not create the content, a popular trainer can give more than 200 trainings per year. As a result, it is possible to secure stable sales.
⑤To Develop New Contents Ambitiously
It is hard to find a company to ask for a new, innovative training program. As a result, we need to develop the content in-house. In order to secure future sales, we need to create content speedily.
