What kind of staffing and other measures are you taking to ensure that diverse employees are able to exercise their abilities?

In large companies and traditional organizations, it is common to have departments first, and then assign people to them.
However, at the Insource Group, we have people first, and assignments are made according to their characteristics. We also have the flexibility to transfer employees for their own reasons, such as what they want to do or where they want to work. In the past, we have even established offices in the residential areas of employees who had to relocate due to family reasons.

In addition, we create departments and group companies at an astonishingly fast pace in response to the world's trends, or temporarily concurrently work with other departments or other group companies, so that we can concentrate our human resources where they are most important at the time.
For example, the COVID-19 pandemic and the government's declaration of a state of emergency had a major impact on our training business after March, 2020. However, as a result of the establishment of the Online Sales Department in March and the development of an online training system in just 10 days by our IT department, we were able to expand our online trainings on a large scale in April.

As described above, we have a fast-paced staffing and organizational structure that allows our diverse employees to make the most of their individual characteristics.
