What kind of training do you provide to the employees of the Insource Group?

We take the time to develop and implement unique training programs by job level that are best suited to the Group, such as training for new employees, third-year employees, leaders, new managers and general managers. Additionally, we conduct company-wide "DX Human Resource Development Training" to further improve IT skills and encourage employees to attend Open Seminars to improve their individual skills.

We also hold online internal study sessions with different speakers each time on various topics such as introducing services that everyone is talking about and providing information on new products. Anyone, whether they are an experienced or younger employee, can participate in these sessions if they feel like it, and since they are able to freely exchange opinions, it leads to further growth.
