We are actively promoting the creation of a workplace where a diverse range of people can work in harmony with each other, including foreign nationals, people aged over 60, LGBT people, and people with disabilities. In addition, more than half of Insource Group employees are female.

Our CSR activities

Blind Soccer

Japan Blind Football Association
As a sponsorship partner, we provide Open Seminars and our sales support platform "Plants" for free to the association. Also, we fund and support their diversity education program "Supo-Iku"(youth education through sports).

Tokyo University of the Arts Scholarship Program

Tokyo University of the Arts Scholarship Program: Art Encouragement Award, Sogyo Award and Asakaze Award

Insource offers three scholarship awards annually to undergraduate and graduate students who create excellent works of art:

  • ・Undergraduate students who are expected to graduate from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Tokyo University of the Arts
  • ・Graduate students who are expected to complete the master's course at the Graduate School of Fine Arts of the Tokyo University of the Arts
