Aims

This training discusses the mental preparation and the proper attitude for non-Japanese employees who will be working in Japanese companies. Especially it focuses on the harmony emphasized in Japanese society and, of course, in any Japanese organization. Also, you can understand the effective use of Japanese wording and the real meaning of the language by learning distinctive features of Japanese language and Japanese way of thinking as well as linguistic skills. Furthermore, you will acquire effective communication skills required to work smoothly and harmoniously in Japanese companies.
