The training features

As the globalization in Japanese market progresses, the business environment surrounding your company has become more complicated and rapidly changing. In such times, it has become extremely important to pay attention to outside world of your company and grasp the rapid changes of external environment. Proper global mindsets can be built when you are keenly aware of information-gathering on a daily basis and you can look back into your company’s visions and your own problems from outside.

The training contains a lot of exercises that will encourage participants’ view expansion by stimulating through discussions among participants and question-raising from the instructor while apart from everyday work.

Aims

1.The training gives you an opportunity to expand your horizons in your third year that may be a turning-point of your growth.

2.The training encourages your growth spurt as an active human resource fully-accepted in global working environment.

3.The training enables you to accumulate the intensive knowledge for human resources development and job rotation including identification of human resources with high competency.

  • 1.Once again, think of your company's situation.
    Awareness-building for the issue [Interactive lecture involving participants]
    Have each participant answer questions one by one. Dig into their problems by continuously asking “what do you think is your company's biggest problem” and “what do you think is the cause?” and let them understand the lack of their awareness toward the issue.

    Learn proper mindset as a business person in nowadays' business world current that is shifting to globalization.
  • 3. Think your company's problem as your own.
    [Lecture with some discussions]

    Regard your company's problem as your own based on the environment changes around your company, analysis of your company's strengths/weaknesses, and mid-term management plan.
    Work1: Environment change analysis
    Work2: The analysis of your company's strengths/weaknesses
    Work3: Hypothesis-setting of your company's issue
    Work4: Read into your company's mid-term management plan and examine the hypothesis.
  • 4. Perceive the issue from a higher perspective.
    Understand the processes of problem-solving [Lecture]
    STEP1 Choose a problem for example
    STEP2 Learn a method of cause-analysis
    STEP3 Solution-proposal
    STEP4 Examine the solutions by comparison
    STEP5 Practice them thoroughly by PDCA
  • 5. Picture a vision for problem-solving toward mid-term management plan
