Aims and features

Insource provides training programs in foreign languages such as in English, Chinese, and Korean.

While the depression of domestic demands continues in Japan, the Japanese companies promote oversea expansions, especially for the purpose of strengthening their market in Asia. Following the heading companies such as Fast Retailing, Panasonic, Rakuten, and Lawson, the variety of workers is highly valued among the companies. More than 50% are appointed for new graduate recruitment, and they are mainly from Asian countries.

Moreover, Hitachi started recruiting white‐collar workers as global workers, which presumes the employees the opportunity of business overseas.

Insource, in such situation, promotes various training curricula in multilingual setting, and provides intercultural curricula such as "Overseas Training Program" and "Global Human Resource Development Training Program".
