Agricultural field has now been in difficult situation due to the decrease in agricultural workers caused by labor transfers to other industries, the aging, and the lack of successors. The number of agricultural cooperative union members has been declining along with the decrease of agricultural workers.
However, simple downsizing in personnel and business is not an effective method for agricultural cooperatives. They must continue the organization by persistently pursuing "expansion and maintenance of members".
What is important here is that each staff takes actions understanding his/her own expected role and figure for satisfactions of union members.
The number of requests of agricultural cooperatives users has been increasing. More complaints emerge due to increase of part-time farmers and the aging of users. It enables you to give better services than users expected to learn thorough customer satisfaction and proper skills of handling complaints.
Organizational development of compliance and establishment of systems have also become urgent issues for agricultural cooperatives as a "financial institution". We provide various risk management training to promote establishment of trustworthy organizational systems concretely. The points are "always being alert stop taking matters as somebody else's business" and "anticipating by assuming the risk that may occur through various perspectives".
