Under the current circumstances where it is required to maximize the improvement of qualities and services and the reduction of the costs and labor costs, our training to strengthen the internal human resources has been receiving more attentions.


Training programs targeting all employees in foreign-affiliated companies

Cooperation with each department is the most important issue for automobile manufacturers which headquarter, factories and sales offices are scattered. Under circumstances where improving efficiency is required, documents which are not properly completed have become a factor that raises the efforts and reworks. It is strongly required to be able to make documents clear and concise from the perspective of the readers, and our training for that have been chosen by many automobile manufacturers. While the target of the training is usually the young, it is not so rare to conduct them toward people who should be leading the young in documentation. Conducting these training for leaders leads to support self-manufacture (pomotion of on-the-job training).

in-house instructors

Since each company has been promoting their self-manufacture of education, the needs of the training that improve instructional abilities of the in-house instructors has been increasing. In the current state, instructors are not enough with intensive experiences and knowledge anymore. Our training has been received for the purpose of improving facilitating ability that instructors involve participants well. We have also conducted the training that teaches how to make training materials that the in-house instructors would be using recently. It would be said self-manufacture is almost completed when each company is able to make training materials, and someone in-house can serve as an instructor.

overseas assignees

While strengthening the cooperation with overseas division has been promoted, education of people who are assigned to overseas subsidiaries has been an issue. This is the training to eliminate the anxiety of people who will be going overseas subsidiaries and the anxiety of people who will be sending them. Although any company seems to have been giving education of languages and safety measures, it is the very training that you can thoroughly learn the ways of thinking, the management methods, and training methods of local staffs in foreign countries. Instructors with intensive experiences of overseas assignments will remove the anxiety of transferees and make them positive.
