There are so many global companies thriving in Japan. Most of them are manufacturers and have been growing armed with Japan's leading-edge technology. They have well-organized internal education system with a long history.
What Insource can offer such global enterprises in this industry is, that we can assist in all phases of self-manufacturing process of human resource development, based on our abundant experiences in that field.
In such global enterprises, there are so many staff engaged in internal training besides their own work, and the subject of such training can range from the field of engineering to the field of human resource development. To upgrade the level of internal education, we aim to strengthen the following three points.
1.The skills of internal instructors, and the level of material to use.
2.Personnel in charge of implementing training(Secretariat, Human Resource Manager)
3.Effective Training
We aim to upgrade skills of internal instructors in order to raise the quality of the training given by them, by filling up gaps in the skills among them, providing know-hows of making materials, assisting in various stages of training from planning to follow-ups. This is one of our programs where we enjoy particularly high evaluations from participants.
We can offer our own system to assist with companies who have to deal with most complicated training systems. It will streamline various training related works such as recruiting participants, managing preliminary works and collecting participants' evaluation, etc. Also, we can support building up a system to make the training effect lasting.
