Training for Skilled Workers

Since skilled workers have many opportunities to contact with residents, improvement in CS and reception skill for the skilled workers, and the hospitality and the handling claims is required for more than ever. It is also required that not only mastering basic manners but also taking action as if always watched by residents. Moreover, we also prepare the training that improves skills for planning career improvement as regular position from now on.

The point is that whether you can take moderate action with citizens’ look or not.

②Understanding the way of thinking that carrying out the action which exceeds residents' expectation.
③Aiming to learn the skill "which can be used on the spot", and planning through practical role-playing and case study.
