There is no meaning in possessing good technology without appealing it to public.
Japanese tend to believe that producing products of good quality would naturally attract customers' attentions, though in reality, there is no business until customers know the quality of products. The program is designed for improvement of "human skills" for developers.
It is extremely important to think logically in order to work efficiently. You will be required to think logically in all kinds of situations in business such as scheduling, coordination among people in/outside of company, making documents (proposals/reports/email), and presentations.
In the training, you will learn how to make use of skills that you learn in the training on the job by practicing many case studies based on actual operations studying basic skills of logical thinking.
Precise communication is essential in business. The lack of communication causes troubles and reworks, and keeps you from working efficiently. It is also important to listen and talk to customers in order to precisely grasp their needs. You would get much more results once you have enough communicating ability to give shape to what customer wants by discussing his needs together when the customer is not even sure of what he wants himself.
After few years since joining company, you would already be able to handle your works easily one way or the other. However, your superior might be expecting you to upgrade yourself. The training are for the mid-career employees to learn business skills of higher qualities by developing problem finding and solution proposing ability of organizational problems.
We hear so many problems concerning meetings such as "no conclusion after long meetings", and "nobody in the meeting understands what is the meeting for.". In the training, you will learn four important skills in holding meetings.(1.meeting designing skill, 2.communication skill, 3.skill to organize points structurally, and 4.consensus building skill.)
There are so many stakeholders of internal and external involved in business, therefore, negotiating ability is important to coordinate them. Before negotiation, you must build a scenario by assuming the contents of negotiations besides negotiating skill itself. In the training, you will learn necessary skills to make beneficial negotiation for both sides such as preparations for negotiations and expressiveness in negotiations by exercising role-playing repeatedly based on actual cases.
