Current situation of foreign-affiliated corporations in Japan

We are aiming to develop human resource that can respond flexibly to rapidly changing business trends by learning skills that are required of each jobs and business skills that are particularly required in sales in our training for soft drink manufacturers.

Maintaining profits solely with "brand name" in the limited local market of soft drink industry are getting more difficult because of more awareness of health and the rise of private brand products. Given these circumstances, we have been receiving various inquiries concerning training for route sales staffs to develop time-management skills, negotiation skills with customers and new markets, and training for managers to develop organizational abilities.

Even in a hard time with poor sales results, it is essential for them to take initiatives thinking positive in order to lead other members.

Exceeding other companies in abilities of taking actions, explanation, negotiation, and proposals would have great impact on shares in order to ensure and expand company's shares.
