We are aiming to develop human resource that can respond flexibly to rapidly changing business trends by learning skills that are required of each jobs and business skills that are particularly required in sales in our training for soft drink manufacturers.
Maintaining profits solely with "brand name" in the limited local market of soft drink industry are getting more difficult because of more awareness of health and the rise of private brand products. Given these circumstances, we have been receiving various inquiries concerning training for route sales staffs to develop time-management skills, negotiation skills with customers and new markets, and training for managers to develop organizational abilities.
Leaders on site are always required to have high ability of communication in order to develop sales staffs actively involved keeping them who are busy their daily quotas motivated. It is indispensable for them to have total leadership that make various types of subordinates want to follow and communication skills that bring it out. Even in a hard time with poor sales results, it is essential for them to take initiatives thinking positive in order to lead other members.
Route sales staffs in charge of delivering products make differences in other companies with time-management skills that enable them to be flexible to daily operations that tend to be monotonous, and communication abilities that enable them to gain customers' trusts and grasp their needs.
Actions must differ flexibly according to characteristics of each client such as private stores, vending machine distributors, and chains. Exceeding other companies in abilities of taking actions, explanation, negotiation, and proposals would have great impact on shares in order to ensure and expand company's shares.
