Extremely high ability of communication is required of sales managers in charge of human resource development of sales department. It is indispensable for them to have total leadership that make various types of subordinates want to follow and communication skills that produce it. Even in a hard time with poor sales results, it is essential for them to take initiatives thinking positive in order to motivate other members.
Call center is at the forefront of contact with customers. Also, the expected qualities of handling phone calls subtly differ depending on operations such as product information, taking orders, and handling complaints. Given them, it is required to provide "services with human touch".
