1.Sales and Marketing

There is a strong competition in the industry to keep market share as there are elements of deregulation and liberalization of electricity and gas at the moment. What is most urgently required of sales staff is to communicate the benefit of using gas and its service to the customers to convince them. You will need a good relationship and communication skills to deal with construction companies, developers, or individual customers who are thinking of buying a house, and who are at the housing exhibit. The skill of communication to keep firm relationship with customers, and the skill of presentation to convince them, there are some techniques involved. 2.Technical Staff

We offer training to upgrade skills for technical staff in electricity and gas industry. Many of our instructors have long experience as technicians. 3.Customer Center

We offer training for staff who deal with customers'inquiries on charges and complaints.
