    • The training was really meaningful to be able to hear various opinions in group works besides lectures.
    • I was able to finish training without feeling tired. I liked group works and presentations in the training. The contents of training would be really useful in actual operations focusing on "handing down" and "awareness" rather than knowledge of system. I think it would do as a part of training for newcomers.
    • I would like to make use of appropriate "pause" in communication from now on. Although I used to be too afraid of silence in conversation, I would like to appreciate the meaningful pause in conversation. I would like to improve myself bit by bit since I found my own reflecting points in role-playing.
