    • It was useful to be able to learn the contents systematically although there were many contents that I already knew through experiences. I was able to organize my measures and make them vary.
    • The training contents made me recognize diversity of people's thoughts. I think the temperature difference between the giving side and the receiving side and the complexity of feelings have been the issues due to superficial communications.
