Call center is at the forefront of contact with customers. Also, the expected qualities of handling phone calls subtly differ depending on operations such as "inquiries for new contracts", "preservation of (expensive) pension insurance", and "service center for accidents". Given them, it is required to provide "services with human touch".

Actions are required to be adjusted flexibly according to the peculiarity of agencies. Especially in joint partnership agencies, it would be a factor which have a significant impact on share (except for the marketability) how much you could excel other persons in charge of other companies in abilities of taking actions, explanation, proposing, and adjusting.

The customers who receive services here are "who met with misfortune". If the customers are satisfied, it would not be uncommon that they switch all of insurance contracts to ours. On the other hand, a small mistake in handling can lead to complaints or further more, cancellation of all contracts.
All staffs are required to be able to handle matters with sympathy understanding the feeling of customers and show their understanding.
