◆Course Overview:
This course is for foreigners whose aim is to acquire skills to carry out projects, not relying too much on experiences or customs as in the past.

To be precise, participants will acquire knowledge of "project management", and then understand the role required as a leader.

After that, by learning and experiencing the skills necessary to become a project manager, they will gain a knowledge of standard procedures or thoughts and become able to perform their jobs in a logical manner.

Also, through participating in the workshops, they will reassess what they are doing on a regular basis, judge whether that is correct or not, and fix or improve it if necessary.
